Quality control                          

The company focuses on quality control by setting up laboratory, procuring standard tools and equipments, sourcing staff who have knowledge and skill, and training new employees in order to accurately control product quality.                            
                            
The QC staff take samples from every step of the process ranging from raw material to finished goods and make the record of the result every hour in order to ensure that the quality of product is in line with the standard.  After having analysed the samples, QC staff will conclude the test result in order to report the management at the end of the day.                            
                            
In case there is the suspicion that the products do not meet the standard, the production process will be instantly suspended and thoroughly rechecked. If defected product is found, the company will separate the defected parts from the good product. After that, the company will investigate the cause of the problem, resolve the defection and send defected product to exterminate according to the production process compliance.
